Center of Information Management(CIM) is an institution directly under the China Academy of Telecommunication Research, MII. It takes charge the information management and information construction of the academy. The main function of CIM includes: establish the development programming of the academy, organize information construction, network upgrade and alteration, software development, website constructing and operation. CIM provides information service and building a uniform network platform for all the institutions' information product of the academy.
